Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 24 hours of the initial purchase
  • This is your first Premium Plan purchase on LemonChat.app

Refund Process

  • To request a refund email your refund request to [email protected] with the following information:
  • Your LemonChat User ID (found in your profile settings)
  • Date of purchase
  • Transaction ID from your purchase confirmation
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • For all other support inquiries, please contact [email protected]

Non-Refundable Cases

Please note that refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made after the 24-hour window
  • Subsequent Premium Plan purchases
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
